One Price Wonders General Terms & Conditions

Buy any item(s) with the “One Price Wonders” collection page (“Qualifying Products”) from www.DisneyStore.asia at a single promotional price. (“Promotion”). Unless otherwise expressly provided, the following terms and conditions shall apply to the Promotion:

1. Promotion will be valid for the following period (“Promotion Period”):
   1. Hong Kong: 10th March 2025, 8am HKT until 17th March 2025, 12am HKT
   2. Taiwan: 10th March 2025, 8am TST until 17th March 2025, 12am TST
   3. Singapore: 10th March 2025, 8am SGT until 17th March 2025, 12am SGT
   4. Malaysia: 10th March 2025, 8am MYT until 17th March 2025, 12am MYT
2. Guests will be able to enjoy the Qualifying Products at a reduced price during the Promotion Period. To enjoy the Promotion, simply browse the Qualifying Products and add them to the “My Bag” page. The Promotion will be automatically applied.
   Qualifying Products will be priced as follows:
   1. Hong Kong: HK$199
   2. Taiwan: NT$599
   3. Singapore: S$29.90
   4. Malaysia: RM100
3. Items that have been purchased as part of this Promotion may not be returned, except if faulty, defective, damaged or incorrectly sent.
4. This Promotion can be enjoyed together with any applicable purchase with purchase promotions in the same order.
5. Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions, this Promotion cannot be combined with any other promo codes, offers or discounts, except available shipping offers. Adjustments cannot be made and this Promotion cannot be applied to prior purchases.
6. This Promotion can be voided or subject to restrictions and change without prior notice.
7. All transactions, sales of goods, returns and refunds (and applicable consumer warranties in your country) on products purchased via DisneyStore.asia and use of the DisneyStore.asia website shall be subject to the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use respectively (and its applicable standard return policies) as set out on the www.DisneyStore.asia website, and these Promotion terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use.
8. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use, the Disney Store’s decision on which terms prevail shall be final and conclusive.
9. Your participation in this Promotion shows that you have read and agreed to, and that you accept, these Terms and Conditions.
10. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the same governing laws as the Disney Store Terms of Sale.
